Course Description

In the 21st century organizations are becoming more and more dependent on their technical personnel, particularly their IT personnel, to keep the organizations viable in the ever-changing business environment. The vast changes in technology and the demands of the business require that technical personnel be not only technically competent but understand the effects of technological change on the operations, management, employees and the bottom line.  This two-day seminar recognizes the importance of technical personnel in the field of change management and gives them the tools to deal effectively with the multitude of clients affected by technological changes.  The seminar uses a variety of techniques to facilitate learning and knowledge retention:  group discussion, small group assignments, case studies and software web tools.  PCs and access to the web are required for the second day.
